What would you do with £100k?

Circumstances are:
House is paid off
Car is paid off
Over £1500 disposable income per month
Isa's maxed out every year
Very very modest lifestyle

We dont want or need anything major, seems a complete waste of having such an amount of cash doing not much.

Kind of want some serious answers but expect the usual....
premium bonds. no interest but no risk, could win a million. only allowed 30k so you wife and 0ver 18 kid could buy.

buy a house at auction and flip it.

Took a time out a few years ago and had a great time. Spent a fortune though, money disappears quicker than a Liverpool are Champions 2019 T-shirt (hopefully).

Don't feel you particularly need to do 'something' with it. If you are happy doing what you are doing then that's all that matters.

Do you have children? If so then maybe they could do with a slice of it? Just look at the best risk free options to maintain its value.

House. Buy another one. Rent it out. 20 years time. Quids in.

Get a decent company who check their clients properly.

The only surefire long term way of making money.

Or put it in long term savers. There's a few that will pay higher than the high street banks.
