Dropped GF's daughter off @ her Dads, watched 6 O'Clock News with GF, then we had a romantic hour or so. Collected bottle of wine and fish n chips from village, watched 10 O'clock News , ..................and now she's gone to bed leaving me with a glass of wine and on the Net with you erudite people.

go to puerto pollensa, just follow the coast road round. take a nice walk along the pine walk. i love it there, dont go anymore, but went every year until 2006.

Puerto pollensa is next to alcudia on the coast. Pollensa is the main town more inland, where they have a lovely old town. Two different places, but pollensa is worth a look too

Asked the Mrs to make a paella washed down with some San Miguel and then settle down with a bottle of Rioja to watch El Classico
