Just put this weekend's Cutter together - started around 8 - and had planned to iplayer some BBC stuff from this evening but just realised it's bloody Sports Relief - worthy yes, entertaining, no.

So it's Spankwire then bed for me.

I've currently got a bladder infection and a trapped nerve in my leg. So I need a piss every half-hour and it takes me 15 minutes to limp to the toilet and 15 minutes back.

Just bought a case of nice red wine but can't drink it because it inhibits the antibiotics. Plus I've had to come into work because I'm needed to do something but have no idea when it'll need doing because another guy we need to carry out part of the process has disappeared without trace. Apart from that it's a great day.

So all you twats sitting in the sun and looking forward to a pleasant evening can just go and do one! Got that?
