Off to the funeral of one of Mrs Moons sisters in 30 mins.

Not CV related but sad all the same went with the big C.

I've not made the cut to be by the grave so will be watching from the side of my car and walking upto the grave afterwards.

A sign of the times there's no service & not consoling family by contact will be hard.

It was very surreal, people stood yards apart and heartbreaking not to be able to have physical contact with family. RIP Fran.

Drink more water. More movement less straining less chance of piles and a clean ring...I'm in my practice most mornings for consultations

I put in a bottle of Smirnoff Blue when we went skiing and left it in the freezer as there was a shortage of ice cube blocks, it froze

Maybe the difference is taking it out of the can and into a plastic not sealed mould,idon't kbow about the science bit but it is every bit as firm as the orange juice ones,nor that they last very long lol
