id say that one of the done deals that Ajay is refering to is the MIlner one.

Villa have just come out with a statement denying a possible transfer of agbonlahour to spurs....yet they havent denied any link to us and milner (though they did refuse our first transfer request...but this doesnt mean we havent made a second one and it hasnt been accepted)

so that leaves 3 others and that could be any of the literal 100 other players we have been linked to.

personally im not particularly excited by getting milner but that arguement has been doen to death and we will just have to wait and see how it transpires if we do indeed get him

My conspiracy theroy would be that as we are trying to ruin football and the transfer market for international transfers opens today 9th June, it would make perfect sense to break to story of a batch of major signings at approximately 4:05 on Friday 5 minutes later than the usual press conference time just after the world cup starts, it would confuse the hell out of stammers & co on whether to run City's signings or the South Africa v mexico match report as the headline.

That might be the case in an ideal world, but it is human nature to spill secrets

Actually that is a crock. Players like many employees don't know everything that goes on at their place of employment but that does not mean they never have info on interesting goings on at their place of work. I've explained in the past on here about the info I had about transfers that didn't happen but were definitely deals City were trying to do, which came from the player in question, who had a very good relationship with Sven and who would have been invited onto Sven's coaching staff had Sven stayed. Players certainly know what goes on inside the dressing room, which was the sort of stuff I used to inform my postings in the; albeit mostly on the MuEN forum. Most of what I heard that got on to this forum did so via a poster who had a well deserved reputation for having contacts and who gave me information that I used on the MuEN.

Sometimes it is very hard to stay calm on this forum when it is infested by such comments (and that comment is not directed at you so please do not take it as a personal attack).

I can PROMISE that the existing players DO NOT know who the four signed NEW players are, if they did it would be all over the SUN and Daily Star!

To be honest, your talking shite. Anybody that is/ isn't in the know can predict City will sign 4 players (at least). Id be willing to bet my house on the fact we will sign at least 4 names, especially considering we have already signed 1 player.

Whether you think the original suggestion was childish or not you are not willing to put your neck on the line with 1 name or even just a PM to a mod who could quite easily back you up when the time comes to prove yourself correct and stop this for good.

Simple test that you are not willing to participate in, and we all know why.
