What's the best Football Management game ever?

CM 01/02 probably best overall, however Football Manager 2008 is m favourite FM game. Just the right level of complexity. You can still get up to date patches

LMA manager on the playstation was perfect IMO.

CM 01/02 for me as well. I'm still playing it. It's also a free download, probably from the website mentioned and is updated by the very same people on that website. Probably.
