what's the first nightclub you went to?

The conti club aged 16 - first one night stand with a bird from Salford who was into BDSM whilst i was as green as grass. She was about 40 and rough as fuck and about 3 times divorced. The next day still in the same clothes i was picked to go on stageto perform magic with my 10 year old cousin at the sooty show at granada studios. A strange 24 hours!

Is that the one which was originally 'Yates's Wine lodge' ?

To Rach andf Timaaaaah

Yeah that's the one, that's a long long time ago, fuck I'm old.

I used to work at the bowling alley in Stockport, between Squares, Brannigans, Heaven & Hell, Lucky's, Coco's, Spoons, Sam's Bar, Yate's and a few others my weeks used to merge in to one, drinking 5 or 6 nights a week.

Barely spent a penny either, it's amazing what you can get with bowling vouchers.

Coco Savanna , that's what it was called when it first opened, I was 17 so was about 1991.

Konspiracy
I was 16 place was mad, remember one time a siren came on and blue flashing lights filled the dance floor. Panic could be seen on the face of most people in the place that was until everyone realized that you'd never fit a police car down the narrow stairs.

Rays place, next to hollywood towers in stockport.

There was Tom Thumbs, strippers on a Friday lunch, er, apparently.

Then I presume Replay is what was Rays Place, changed it's name about 402 times, still full of the same twats, no offense.

The Memory Inn in Ashton,my mate pulled the plug on the Q Tips(Paul Young's old band),caused a riot.
Can't remember where we went most, probably Carriages.
Anybody remember Sunday night at Stalybridge Celtic,I used to run late for work every Monday.

Yeah that's it, they ended up snooker club by day, "club" at night.

I can proudly say I have never been in when it's been open to the public.

Tom Thumbs on the other hand, used to bunk of school most Friday afternoons and the land lord would let us in for the strippers (I use that term loosely as they were vile, but at 15, tits are tits) as long as we bought a Pepsi and a bag of crisps.

Reets or the Elephant and Suspender in Denton, both closed, Crown Point North car park is where the elephant used to be, full on shit holes the pair of em.

I've been wracking my brain to no avail - it will have either been the Valley Lodge or Chequers.......

I think first club in town was placemates.

It's been downhill ever since!
