What's the "poshest" area around Manchester....

I honestly wouldn't want to live in a 10 bedroom mansion with a half a mile driveway in the middle of nowhere. The kids couldn't go and play out with their mates on the local rec. I like chatting to my neighbour or nipping to the corner shop for a pint of milk.

Somewhere like Glossop would be nice , surrounded by hills, good community and a direct train line into Manchester.

I don’t think anyone has ever said that about Glossop before.

Don’t know if you’re aware of places like Gamesley, Hattersley and Tintwistle that surround Glossop mate!!! There’s nowhere in Manchester that hasn’t got shit within a few minutes of it

Don’t knock it until you have tried it. If you have a 10 bedroom mansion the kids will have there own wing and can have their own wood to play in. The middle of nowhere means no police helicopter hovering overhead, lower rates of crime, fresh air to breathe and no close neighbour to do your head in with music blasting or constantly rowing with their partner.

Middle of nowhere means no annoying unsupervised little scrotes disturbing your peace screaming and shouting or nosey neighbour wanting to know your business all the time or going out at all hours to get milk they forgot to get.
