Whats your mood regarding City right now?

Not too bothered,i just want the season to end, hopefully in top 4
Pretty much this. Plus a little concern about Pellegrini going head to head with Klopp at Wembley. I sincerely hope lessons have been learnt because let's face it they aren't always by him and I wouldn't want to go there and get taught another lesson by those wankers.

Yesterday's injustice has energised me. Admittedly we have been poor for months so as much as we were robbed yesterday our position is pretty much of our own making and I came to terms with that weeks ago. But if yesterday doesn't fire up the team and do what they haven't done all season and go on a winning run then nothing will.

Only partly of our own making, bad luck, including injuries in that bracket.....has played a significant role in our current predicament.I agree about the re-energised comment,as it was also apparent on the pitch from our players immediately following the incident.I think it may well serve as the impetus to fire us up,both from the teams and the fans perspective, whether it will be enough to win trophies is another matter though.

Aside from the penalty, we had 93 minutes to do something about it.
The first 5 games of the season, we had a balanced team with everyone playing in their preferred position. Navas on the right, sterling on the left etc.
We're now shoehorning players into positions where they are less effective.

Am quite chilled really. These last few years have been fuckin amazing, I could never have dreamt or envisaged some of the score lines I've witnessed but there was always going to be a time where it'd plateau out and I think we could be entering that now. I'm really excited about next season, absolutely creaming my pants at the thought of pep managing my football club. But this season I'll take a cup and top 4, whether that be fa or milk cup I'm not bothered but winning a cup is a must. We're still fighting on all fronts and we'll have Nasri and kdb and others back from injury at the business end of the season. But I think this team has ran it's course now, time for an injection of new players, clear out the dead wood and start from scratch with pep but I'm really looking forward to the next 3 months, it's gonna be an interesting end to the campaign that I do know. ...Bring it on!!

Detached, sad, angry but hopeful.
Detached
Don't feel the same connection to the club as I once did. Away ticket allocations and the Platinum seasoncards and the whole "ticket" points thing.
Sad
That this great team is coming to an end. It's been a fantastic few years but all things must pass.
Angry
That we have steadily gone backwards over the last two seasons.
Player recruitment hasn't been great.
An inept manager who appears clueless at times.
Hopeful
For the future with a younger dynamic manager coming in and the players he will sign.

Very frustrated.

4th is not secure. If the rags hit form even slightly and we don't then we're in trouble.

Frustrating because many on here called it a month ago that this would happen: the club putting everything over the past few years behind getting Pep, the manager's inability or reluctance to have anything resembling tactics/preparation before a game and injuries (many preventable muscle injuries) have and will cost us dear.

Disappointed at the regression this year. Of course, injuries have been ridiculous, but the lack of organization during big games has been astounding. Our record against the top 6 is embarrassing.

BUT

Excited about the summer. I think this will be another very fruitful transfer window. We're already seeing the effect of Pep with players talking about not being able to refuse City.
Can't wait for Pep to be unveiled and start working with the lads in the preseason. I think refs will stop taking the piss with us...or at least they'll get a real lashing from our new manager.

Everyone is injured FFS. We can't play a balanced team.

As I said in the pep thread and sorry if this sounds bad but I don't get as annoyed about results as I know what's coming next season (5 months if he comes in July)
It annoys me because we had yet another £50 rise (after numerous other £50-65 rises prior to that) in our SCs last Summer and I feel like I'm just outside in the street dropping it in the gutter.

My attitude is fairly upbeat, injuries and Clusterfuckenberg have not helped but the bottom line is this. We are six points off the top, we are in a cup final, we are in the FA Cup ...albeit with a shit draw timed to fuck us up ....farcical. We are also in the last 16 of the Champions League with a winnable draw, I can only assume that those moaning or even on suicide watch are too young to remember the 80 and 90s

We've overloaded ourselves with players that excel in one position. Every team gets injuries (apart from Leicester)
It's having a squad of players that can cover those positions where needed. Chelsea pissed the league a few years ago by having 2 class players for every position. You can't argue with the facts. Personally, I'm glad that we got KDB. Was he the kind of player we needed most? I don't think so. We needed a midfield general more. I also think we needed a proven world class cb, not one with potential.

Given the expectations I now have of our team i'd say at times we are harder to watch than when we were naff... Few bad games here and there is fine but to be so consistently poor is infuriating

Yesterday we were one player short of our strongest possible team.
You're whining about Pellegrini not playing a balanced team, we haven't go Navas, Nasri or de Bruyne, so Yaya has to play 10 or we play 442 which everyone on here spent the whole of last season complaining about, but now it's magically the solution to our problems.

A balanced team wasn't possible.

Over the last two years Pellegrini has chipped away at my enthusiasm, and it's now all the way down to apathy.

Glad I moved away as I'm not sure I would have renewed for this season after last, and that decision was taken out of my hands. The only other time I didn't renew in recent years was Pearce (was proven a right call as it was the 10 goals at home all season year, or whatever it was).

I went through the bad years, so we don't have to win something to maintain my interest, but we went for calmness and it simply became boring.

Football is entertainment. Pellegrini, as a man and in his football is anything but.

After spending millions and millions, three injuries should not effect the amount it has. The real problem seems to be tiredness (again, bullshit reason for these 'stars') and lack of passion/eagerness.

I'm not whining about a balanced team, you've got the wrong man.
