Whats your mood regarding City right now?

We've seen it all before. Players come and go but City remain.
Just that in the past, we've been glad to see the back of a lot of our players ;-)

True!

It's a change coming that's for sure but I think the best manager in the world will give one or two a new lease of life and spring some surprises in the transfer market.

We need something to change because we have become stale. I am looking forward to next season with the hope that we can at least pull something out of the bag this season. A win at Wembley would be just the tonic we need currently.

this ,lets hope this team has one last "hunt them down" battle in them,
. No way

Damn right, no way I am giving up yet.

It's like that moment when you realise that your relationship is coming to an end. You cling on for dear life and hope the good times return. You get the odd glimmer of hope after a night out but reality soon bites again.

Liverpool suffered it last season with Gerrard, the rags are suffering with Rooney, Chelsea with Terry.

Sadly and I hate to say it as I am his biggest fan, we are seeing it with Toure and a few others who I don't need to name won't be far behind.

A new era beckons.....

As long as they go out with a bang then thats all that matters. The race is not run yet and although we got robbed yesterday I thought we looked a lot more solid with the skipper back. Navas back soon and then the rest of them. Its not over yet, one last hurrah.

We did look more solid and Kompany played 90 minutes. One last hurrah hopefully!

My mood is the same as it was when I first started following them, I hope they rip the scum and qualify for Champions League. Anything beyond that is a bonus.

Most people have moaned about one thing. The clown in the dugout. Some of us don't want to accept mediocrity when we have all the elements bar one to dominate English football and become a force in Europe. I realise that Audrey is going but it's 2 seasons to late and in that time the best city squad I have ever seen has underachieved.
Most people are moaning about every thing going, its so bad that they're even moaning on here about a young lad celebrating a f**king goal.

Me, I'll just enjoy getting behind the team and manager in the meantime, hoping we can turn our form round, and still win a couple of trophies in the next 4 months. If we do, it'll be another successful season in my eyes, leading into an even more exciting period for the club.

Like I said, if its so miserable, why bother ?

best season so far at etihad as ive loved the atmoshere and dispalys.

On the pitch, still loving it, ok some disappointing results but i can see some players that will thrive under pep and cant wait for next season when we step up yet another gear.

A bit bored want to get back to champions league and something new - to be honest I (admittedly from far afield) have not get the same about city since the Aguero goal. That, the FA Cup win, the 6-1 and the Dickov goal before them gave me utterly amazing City moments that I don't think (in fact I am sure) will never be beaten. The capital one cup win was nothing compared to the FA cup win, the league title in 14 was nothing compared to 12.

I feel I have reached the heights in those moments as a fan and since those moments everything else hurts a little less or brings less excitement. I think one thing I loved first about City was being the underdog , the loyalty, the humour , fighting against the big red machine etc. Now we are the big blue machine apart from a few continental clubs we are favourites in lost games , we are the rich under achievers etc.

I am excited about guardiola from the football head not the football heart and I am excited about breeding our own generation of academy players. But football wise I am as excited about Wales going to the Euro's as City at the moment and club football has always been 10X as important.

I just think world domination will be a bit dull and for my generation of fans nothing will ever top Dickov at Wembley, Yaya at Wembley and Aguero's winner .

Don't see any reasons to moan and certainly cheerful about City and not annoyed, I just don't feel the same emotions as 5, 10 or even 30 years ago good or bad.

Is it City? Or is that just growing up?

How do you feel about city right now, sure we are useless, sure we would lose to pretty much anyone right now, sure the team look like they've ran 18 marathons in just a week, but at least weve got Pep coming...

This season just needs to end.

Disappointment, frustration, and apathy. Is what I feel.

The club have allowed this current situation to develop.

This "Clueless But Charming Man" should have been sacked in the summer, and an interim manager appointed.

Our desire for Pep has blinded the folk in charge of the club for the last 3 seasons.

Consequently for the last two seasons at least, the club have written them off as "Dead Rubbers", and have allowed us to go backwards as a first team squad, despite spending huge sums.

However loyal fans have still had to stump up around £1500 for the privildge of the players not bothering for the last two seasons, your lucky if you've paid less, this is the amount I have paid.

In which other business does the employer sack/make reduntant an employee and not expect his desk to be cleared immediately.

The manager at least should be on gardening leave if they wanted to do right by him.

Has anyone contempated the scenario that perhaps our manager is deliberately mixing us a bottle with poor tactics and team selections, so we don't finish top four?

He has stated he wants to stay in the Premier League with another team, and City not in the top four might make his next appointment slightly more comfortable.

Frustrated but rebounding
Looked at the fixtures for the top 4
All 4 of us have 2-3 tough matches not including the usual springtime upsets
Along with the points available there is plenty of time left to make a run
Frankly I'm hoping for the best and going to try to enjoy seeing the core group that have been the mainstays of this team for the past 5-6 years
I feel this is the last run for this group of players and if we don't get a magical run this spring....
So be it
We had that one
The best one ever
So Vinnys back
hopefully for the rest of the season
Maybe we get on a roll

Id take Top four and a trophy atm. Get this season out of the way and start planning for the next one. Only positive note is vinnies return from injury. Big boost.

Pissed off even though we are only 6 points off top spot and in a cup final the football being played at this moment takes me back to when Phil Neal was caretaker or the last season Pearce was manager SHIT

Awaiting KDB, Nasri, Pogba, Alaba, Stones, Gundogan and a great all round keeper, who can catch and release the ball without kicking into touch, Oh and Pep, fuck 12 weeks or so

Although Iam fed up with the effort the team has put in this season I do think we should go all out to give the club our loudest support and laugh at sky and the press. We have been loud and proud when our team was a lot worse so let's have a laugh for the rest of the season and enjoy the ride.

Agree with this. It's hard when performances are bad but as fans we have the collective power to change what is happening on the pitch.

Frustrated due to the referee decisions that have been going against us, I can't recall ever seeing such injustice in 1 season and we still have a long way to go. We have also suffered a huge amount of injuries to key players for prolonged periods which has hurt us. It's easy to blame Man City for the poor performances and results but these 2 huge factors can't be overlooked. On a positive note I'm buzzing even time I see Iheanacheo get game time

Any success this season is now a bonus. Default setting kicking in (typical city). Going to enjoy everything game by game. Chelsea game buzzing at the chance to at last see our youngsters ... Sod the injustice of the fixture planning, refs decisions and injuries. Hold onto fourth, Pep and whoever else comming in the summer. The jobs a goodun.
