When is it time for a change?

This current run is not normal. 1 win in 13 for the most successful club in world football in the last 10 years besides Madrid is a shambles.

Hopefully we address some of the problems in January and we can get Bobb back soon. This team needs a massive shake up. Pep needs a kick up the backside aswell, keeps persisting with the same dross players.
......playing style, tactics, substitutions and game management.

The great man is in new territory, and is confronted with challenges on several fronts never experienced in his career.

Whilst we only know what we know, and see how what we see, I’ve been bewildered his overall response to our situation.

Some of the tactics, timing of substitutions and in game management don’t stand critical scrutiny.

The great man is not perfect, as evidenced by the CL final agin Chavs when we had a full fit squad of elite players.

Winning it in Istanbul was fantastic but Porto was a Pep
If we cant finish 4th +, I’d prefer to miss Europe completely and use the free mid weeks to work with what might be a number of new players, new DoF & new coach

Because we have some genuinely good players who are simply out of form right now and that will chang a top class manager.
Ok....I’m a club fan and a Pep fan but every empire falls eventually.

I dont want Pep's legacy to be stained by that of a coach of a fallen team being booed off the pitch.

He will pick his own time, the right time,to leave.

It may be at the end of this season, allowing a new coach, new DoF and new players a clean opportunity to rebuild for a new era of success.

Most successfull business's change their top men every 5 years !!

Pep should only go when he has lost the dressing room if that ever happens.
Currently there are no signs of this.
Mistakes from generally a small group of individuals are what’s costing us along with injuries to critical players.
I don’t see any disagreements or lack of effort on the pitch and Pep continues to protect them in front of the cameras which is essential.
If he ever looses the dressing room ,its far too late !!

I suppose it depends if you're under 30 or not. If you are under 30 you PROBABLY, can't handle a few months of adversity and you'll want the club to ring the changes.
You'll probably want a new up and coming Spanish or Portuguese coach like the ones that don't last long enough to be memorable to anyone else in the bottom half, or someone like those nearly men at most of the top half clubs. Let's have it right. The ONLY two managers who have been worth their salaries in the last 10 years are Pep and Klopp, and one wore the other into semi retirement.
All true but the great man must'nt make himself ill over football.

His intensity could be health damaging over a long period.

There is always a right time to say its family time !!
