just need to no when the tickets go on sale for hamburg at home just incase every1 goes down on the first day and they end the £5 tickets lol
can not wait for this one and I think the club have done a good thing by puting these tickets down well done city!

IMO the fans that have been to the most UEFA cup matches should get preference before anyone else, including the final!! The attendance's have been bobbins, supporter loyalty should be rewarded through this. There are plenty of people who will be jumping on the bandwagon for the semi and final that haven't given a toss about the competition before now, and these people will take ticket's leaving some of the fan's that have been there from the start scratching around. The same thing happened in 1999, i know people who got ticket's through the club that hadn't been to Maine Rd for year's. One person in paticular took his rag girlfriend for a "day out"!!!
 
What exactly do I need to purchase a tickets. I haven`t been this season and I have told four or five people at work who would like to see a big club the prices and they want ot bring kiddies and have a night out.

I haven`t been because I live down south now and can`t afford to come back as much anymore and this offer makes it affordable.

I`m only asking as years ago you needed city cards and all kinds of stuff.

An access card. Go on the online sales thing, buy a ticket and they'll send you one.

Not being funny but I don`t need smart arse comments from supposed fellow fans when I`m asking for information. Where is the problem of trying to educate other people about the club who have never been either.

You know people go to a few games and they think they can pass judgement on others.

You`re the ones who should go on RAG forums permanently.
 
Apologies to the general response but it annoys the hell out of me when people make comments such as one has. It is too common place on this particular site and makes the normal fan reluctant to post.

Do you defo need an access card though as the people from work wouldn`t want to buy a card for £20?

access cards are free mate. the city card is the one that costs more, and i believe entitles you to buy tickets earlier than regular access card holders.

remember there may be a limit to buying on bulk though, im not sure, but i think there is a cap on what you can buy to try and stop touts and stuff
