When / why did you become a City fan?

I was actually a Man Utd fan briefly when I was 5 or 6 and my parents (who had no real interest in football) tried to get me a birthday party at Old Trafford. They couldn't organise a suitable date so got one at Maine Rd instead.... and from then on I was a blue!
