I see the concept of afterlife as a coping mechanism for those who are afraid of the endless nothingness of death (of which I believe none of us will be aware of - no consciousness).

I’ve watched about 200 episodes of most haunted, and the only spirit I’ve seen is behind the bar of some supposedly haunted pub . Give us a sign if your there!! Think about it logically if every soul got saved you’d be meeting family from the beginning of time, every animal, etc etc. It’s not plausible. We all want to see our mums, dads, etc again it’s only natural but it’s not going to happen unfortunately
