Where Does Everyone Download Music These Days?

Am I a dinosaur in still liking to buy a hard copy of a CD complete with album sleeve/notes?

I just copy them into my iTunes library from there.

Not free but legal and only in yank terms 11cent per tune. I get albums for about £2 using it.

Can't seem to download from here, won't accept my credit card cos I'm out of the UK!?

Any other decent sites anyone know? I find that pirate bay is good for some stuff but loads of things I search for it hasn't got

A variety. Amazon for cheap second hand CDs uploaded to iTunes and also their download service, Spotify, iTunes Store etc. I generally stream an album on Spotify or YouTube before deciding whether to go and find it or not.

its a Russian site but me and a load of people at work have been using for years without any problems. Dirt cheap and pretty well up to date.
$0.20c (US cents) per track full albums for around $2.60 (US). As i say dirt cheap and good.
I used to use allofmp3.com - another Russian site, but it closed a few years ago. I think it opened again as allofmp3.org but last time I tried it would accept cash even though my username and password still worked.

Just Google free music downloads and you'll find loads of options. The very cheap sites tend to be music only, no album covers or artwork etc, but are virus free.
Try this link for a comparison of various sites. With some you can get some big discounts if you give a load of cash in advance. For example I once paid about 60 quid and they doubled it to 120. The typical album price is around one pound.
And it's legal. OK, it's legal somewhere in the world, possibly not in my part.

I still buy CDs as I like to get the CD booklet and liner notes.
