Where have you ever stood/sat in the away end?

Blackpool (FA Cup - drew 1-1 thanks to Paul Lake)
Cheslea was a bit rum
Everton - was very friendly

Everton as a teenager in paddock - very very dodgy and not many blues in the ground for a midweek game.
Bolton last city game at Burnden in their main stand - still f*ckin neanderthals but they hate the rags more
West Ham - no idea why two of us did this for a laugh back in the 80s when it was cash turnstiles in both ends, again a midweek game and we pissed ourselves when they came round selling roasted chestnuts.
Stretford - in the Mancunian "suite" - cheeky gets - there were hundreds in that stand that day.

Wolves away- was the year we went up from div 1 and we pretty much guaranteed promotion that day. Swp got both goals I think. Was very hard not to celebrate.

Gillingham away in div 2. Another 2-0 win. When scored it turned out everyone around us were city fans too.

Derby away at pride park. Was sat in the derby end right next to the city fans. Was singing along to some of the city songs and got moved by stewards into the city end. Quality.

Forest-1980 lost 4nil

Leeds-1987-on their kop-scary,before,during and after.Mistook a National Front recruitment stall for a programme stall before the game, outside their kop end, actually stuck out me hand offering money before realizing..

chelsea-1988-away fans ban..night game-3-1 city,Moulden cracker.

Bradford-promotion ,their (new)main stand.

Bolton-league cup/sven/Elano pen.

Liverpool-main stand with the OP!! lost 6nil but great day on the piss.

Northampton-3rd div-freebie in main stand.

Sheff utd-kendall days i think-turned up with no tics after a session, turnstiles locked at 3pm,city had brought loads and away end full-took a chance in their end on the side, pissed out me head with a mate-cheered when we scored and generally was out of order, dutch courage and all that-no bother but to this day don,t know how-things you do when pissed!

Lutton-away fan ban-shouted at David white "go on whitey!" when he came to take a throw in front of the main stand-he looked confused why he was gettin g support from the home end.

utd-many times, colin hendry own goal that ryan twiggs claimed coz he touched it 5 seconds before it went in.
south stand lower when we got beat 2-1,hughes got winner! cnut! got tickets off a tout behind kippax weeks before.me and my mate tried keeping quiet, eventually became apparant that the whole block was city,we was singing with city fans and your quite a way from them there.very little mither,it is their main stand though!
portsmouth-dodgy as fu*k,13 tickets off a well known player,2 of us made it into stand, got escorted into city end before i got killed by barbour coated sailors.walked straight across pitch though in drunken defiance at the steward who saved my life.lol
palace-went for a drink at half time, and decided that the malcolm allison suite was where we should be due to allegiances, apparantly after supping free ale we werent allowed in there corporate bar!
blackburn-who hasnt been in there end.
oldham-5-2,stood right next to city fans, looked up and my mates climbed out of city end, onto the top of their scoreboard above us.
was in platt lane end at city for 2 of the fa cup replays against watford (my ex-mate and his dad are watford fans)neil smiley was all i heard at school for weeks.dick!

United Road Paddock early 80's. Bit Pissed, went and bought a beer under the stand , I was on my jack, I could see city fans in the near distance in the scoreboard, thought they are are my true freiends at this moment. Once inside the paddock and the game had started, I started to notice a few lads looking at me as my reaction to what was going on the pitch was making me behave oddly for a supposed utd fan. There was other blues in there to because I noticed that other 'fans' were acting weired like me. Obiviously some of us were were not doing a good impression of been utd fans. Something happened in our favour on the pitch, that might provoke a city type fan reaction, we were sussed but no agro, just confusion by everyone. Then the utd fans looked bemused 'how very dare they be here' by this time the cops sussed that all shouldn't be what it should be and opened the fencing gate which lead on to the pitch. From nowhere about 30 blues appeared and got escorted round the pitch to the scorebored end.

Yes I'd forgotten that one and a few more no doubt, too much beer kills the brain cells mate. Mate only you could mistake a NF stall for a programme seller. But then again I always thought NF stood for Nottingham Forest, I always thought fuck me they've got fans everywhere.

I reckon I can beat most of the posters on this one. In 1974 I was stood in the Stretford End Paddock as City had sold out their allocation. I went with a red mate and stood quietly all match until our Dennis back heeled it in. As I came back down to earth from the biggest leap of my life my mate booted me in the thigh !! followed by several others who had a go. The daft thing was they all then forgot about me as they all watched the pitch invasion. What a great time to be in an home area.
