Where were you on Sunday 30th May 1999 (Gillingham play off game?)

I was at Wembley with my two sons, 10 and 5. It was the last time we left a game early. Fortunately, we'd only made it as far as the concourse before we scored.

15 year old me and 12 year old brother taken by my dad to Wembley. Went from the railway in Hollinwood which was a big City pub at the time for people from Failsworth, New Moston, South Chadderton.

My old man is no longer with us. But we stayed till the end that day and me and our kid are still in the south stand together.

Wembley. Stayed. Stayed in St Albans with friends, the ladies went shopping while we, my old man, a Blue mate and myself, plus Chelsea mate we were staying with went to the game. Still no idea how Chelsea mate got in, but he did about ten mins after kick off.

Wives had kept nipping in pubs to check the score, and by they time they met us in Hemel Hempstead after the game, they were already half pissed. :-)

I was at work (Fire Station) ....the rest of the watch put a chair in the middle of the TV room for me, whilst they all sat around me (hopefully at kick off) to take the piss! .....and with mins left they were in full piss taking mode....I sat quietly, and didn't even flinch (on the outside) at 90mins full time. I slowly got up, and asked if anyone wanted a cuppa before extra time, then re took my seat.........after the penalties, I admit I went mental, but to this day, I never bite about football ;)

was at wembley with my whole family and that is why these charges and this current run need to be put in perspective whatever happens they cant take memories like that away from us, they cant take blackburn on the hill, they cant take aguero moment and all the other tons of memories that make being a city fan.

Lucky to get a ticket, was told if you bought a season ticket for the following season you will be guaranteed one.So got myself a North Stand season plus my Wembley ticket, 2 down I thought what the fuck have I done lol.

Time-dependent, at 2-0 down and 89 minutes I was in the pub lobby putting my coat on and downing my last pint, 30 seconds later I was at the bar buying another pint :)

At Wembley, moved from our seats to be nearer to the already vacated seats around the exit, but would never leave before the end. When we got back to 2 - 2, quick discussion about returning to our original seats to watch extra time, decided to stay where we were, as these were obviously better ( luckier) seats
