I guess to get the same as previous times you phone up and not online (obviously!) - but do the people on the phone happily just give you what you ask then? Or is it a brisk "i only have block so and so" like it used to be? If they give you pretty much what you ask for on the phone i wish i'd called up!!

Your right I always buy over the phone . Staff tend to be pretty helpful , some more than others . Was going to try block 143 this time but was not being offered for sale . Can normally get somewhere very close to where you want to be
