I actually came back from Nottingham fairly recently (that's your neck of the wood isn't it), went to some bar/cafe that used to be a church next to the law museum, that was quite nice. Wouldn't call it an holiday though.

Did you see Mark Goldbridge AKA Sandra there? If anyone does, punch him in the mouth for me.

Just come back from Tuscany its a lovely place.

Absolutely beautiful. Great food. Fantastic architecture, beautiful scenery, delicious wine.

Pittsburgh is, I think, the most underrated city in America. Going to catch the Pirates while there?

It’s very underrated. It’s a great place and reminds me a lot of Manchester. Going to see the Pirates tomorrow night (tonight if we’re being pedantic). Got humbled by the Dodgers in the first game of the series so will be looking for revenge.

What’s not to like?

I loved the Melanzane parmigiana in the square in Siena and The panocotta geleto in Florence especially.

Cortona is a hidden gem I`d never even heard of.

Had a week cruising the Greek Isles in May, off to Latvia with the lads in 10 days & Rodos for a couple of weeks in October to our usual hotel.
