Where's Everyone Going For Their Holidays

It's a lovely island, I'd give you some the names of some good restaurants but it's been years, go for steak skewers the beef is fantastic and some ugly looking deep sea fishing they catch, esc something. The markets good, some great hotels, Reids is worth going to because it iconic, I stayed at the Quinta jardins de lago, go on a sledge ride down the streets had my 2 year old crying, she's never forgiven me.
Cheers mate.
I want to do the sledge ride, but not sure how problematic it will be for my back.Any tips.

Just been Lanzarote and now looking at Goa for my 50th in November, been told it's a bit quiet that time of year though so may leave it a month or 2 later, means i'm looking for somewhere relatively warm in mid November but don't really fancy the Canary Islands again, any suggestions? Nothing too expensive?

Had a late (cheap) deal in Lanzarote for April and last week six nights in the Lake Disrtict, first time it's never rained.
Off to Chicago->Salt Lake City -> Yellowstone National Park -> Calgary -> Lake Louise -> Banff -> Jasper -> Rockie Mountain Railroad -> Vancouver -> Alaskan fjords cruise for a week - Vancouver -> Manchester for June

Try and wander England in the Motorhome for some time in August and hopefully go to the Italian Lakes in the motorhome in September (fixtures permitting).

Dubrovnik in a weeks time for one and then book one more in Sept or Oct once fixtures are known

Doing a road trip. Polperro in Cornwall, then possibly a week in Norfolk Broads or a trip from south to north Wales. Need to decide.

As an aside this country doesn't exactly encourage people to use the train dos it? £717 first class return or just short of £400 open return standard, Manchester to St Ives with 3 changes and a nine hour journey. Did Paris to Nice last year first class, £60 each way in 6 hours. No wonder Cornwall's roads are hammered.

Just got back from Santorini off to Portugal for a few days with the lads end of this month, Barcelona in September (again) will fit one more in August not sure where yet.
