Which City player are you?

Paul Power. Steady and hardworking without ever being exceptional. Probably had quite a few of those types but he was the one that first popped into mind.

Yep. Very fair assessment. Of him. Whether it's of you, only you can be the judge of that.
But I will say this. And I sincerely hope this never comes to his attention. When Paul Power came in, along with a few other players (Kid Clements was another), I distinctly remembered thinking, “Well, this is a level down from the great teams of the late sixties and early to mid seventies. We're going to have to get used to this for a while.” Just my judgement, for what it's worth.
It might also be said that compared to some of what came later, Power was made to look pretty bloody good!

I bear an unfortunate resemblance to Samaras and was serenaded with a Samaras chant from what seemed like the whole concourse one time when I came through the turnstile at Villa Park

Nobody springs to mind but I’d be anyone who gave their all despite not being technically great.

Haaland strikes me as being a bit different. His own person. I think I’m like that.

Not in terms of football skills or athleticism but in personal style and life story, which City player(s) do you see in yourself? Or in family & friends. For example who on here is a bullish Andy Morrison or a creative David Silva genius? Who's an impish Bernardo or a Mike Summerbee elder statesman? A Shaun Goater making the very best of arguably less than supreme talents, a Paul Lake having a promising career unfortunately turned aside, a Joe Hayes honest northern lad to his boots, a Sergio with a glorious moment for the ages?
And so on.
Got to.be colin!
