Which English manager has the credentials to win the Premier League

Is Alan Curbishley still job hunting?? Big Sam?? Chris Wilder?? Steve Bruce??
There’s a generation of football dinosaurs that are slowly being replaced by ex-players. Whether any of them are good enough remains to be seen. Pep used to rate Lee Johnson when he was at Bristol City (2016-20) but he was sacked by Sunderland. Now at Hibs.
Potter appears the best…..but which “big club” would give him the opportunity??

Put Potter in a top job and see how he does, English managers wont win the title if they aren't in a top job these days.

Gerrard of course - he has been groomed for it. He changed the culture at Rangers and produced success. He is proving his credentials at Villa, changing them into a fee-flowing attack minded team. And after Klopp is sacked on Tuesday following a humiliating defeat on Monday evening, Stevie G will come to the rescue and lead the Red Army to glory.

Scott Parker? Too early at the moment, but he's done well in his first season at Bournemouth. They don't have the largest squad and not a lot of money judging by their attendances, but when he took over they were bottom of the Championship if I remember correctly.

Eddie Howe will be gifted it.
Would he want it if he's improving things at Sid James Park? It's said he was homesick at Burnley so the England job has the attraction of being based down south, but he's doing well at Newcastle and the owners seem happy at the moment.
