If he organises the team better (which i expect him to do), and creates better links between defence and midfield, and midfield and attack, then i think Gareth Barry will be the most improved player and produce his early season form every week. We have been extremely unorganised at times this season, and tend to lose the midfield battle. With better organisation, Barry could run games for us, as opposed to being run over by his opponent.

The question would be easier the other way around, who has the most to fear and for me I would have to say Richards is an interesting case and I think its telling that the England coach doesn't rate him. As Sylvinho on his video on the OS site today, Mancini is very techncal and I can just picture Richards eyes glazing over. That being said IF he works with him and he can pick this stuff up, thats the side of his game thats weak we will end up with the best RB in the world.

Nope, they play a 4-2-2-2. Its quite narrow. Robinho on the left of the attacking mid and kaka on the right, with the option of coming inside or taking the ball to the touchline. Bit of both in all honesty

I think with the type of players we have, they will all benefit from a more tactical organised approach, there have been times this season where it has be hard to see just what tactics the old management were trying to employ.

I agree totally Trev, Barry's form of late has been average at best, think we forget what a great player we have in Barry. Barry already excells playing for another Italian, I expect to see the real Gareth Barry again very soon, cool, calm, and totally in control of the game.

get him fired but what he can do to win games . and if all our players really follow
this leader we can close the window in Januari and bye for the future in the champions
