If players are gonna play better just cos it's a different manager then they're better off out the club, don't need players like that.

They may play better because of the tactics employed or being played in their more natural positions

players need constant coaching, especially the young 'uns...

So my big hope is that Richards becomes the almighty destructive force and all-action, hyper agressive attacker he once promised to be.

Richards. Just shows how little Hughes did with coaching. FFS it can't be that hard to improve Richards.

The question would be easier the other way around, who has the most to fear and for me I would have to say Richards is an interesting case and I think its telling that the England coach doesn't rate him. As Sylvinho on his video on the OS site today, Mancini is very techncal and I can just picture Richards eyes glazing over. That being said IF he works with him and he can pick this stuff up, thats the side of his game thats weak we will end up with the best RB in the world.
