I remember Jack's pats on the back but a good laugh all the same. Remember Mr Morris the Maths teacher... fucking psycho! And Bill Pye, another decent bloke.

I too hated the place,full of teachers just waiting for their holidays and pensions.
Mr Blackwood is still around,hemarried The blonde English teacher Linda roberts.
Remember the american Miss Stein?Mr wilkinson the art teacher,Strongitharm the metal work teacher and happy harry andrews tech drawing,hit me once with a blackboard rubber as id fell asleep in his class.
Madden aka Tommy Toecap was bricked once when taking photos of a fire in Newton Heath.Gave me six smacks with a ruler once as i'd forgotten a pencil,sadistic bastard he was.
The Dome was the head when I was there,Greenhalgh deputy head,Left with one o level and not looked back since.

Linda Roberts was a right tease! My mate Macker (Paul McNeil) used to be always chatting her up... never got a sniff!

I used to like Wilkinson the art teacher, but I made a joke about his dress sense once... he was big on frills and flares... and I got chucked out of his class! The Dome was head when I was there as well.

I had Harry Andrews for Tech Drawing... he must have made a fortune out of me with pencils, compasses, protractors and fancy fucking rulers!

What about Fisher the PE teacher who liked swimming with us in the fucking nude! He'd have made a World in Action programme on his own if he did that nowadays!

But Madden (Madman) was the one everyone remembers... truly psychotic and verging on being a child abuser!

Left as soon as I could without a certificate to my name... and had to make up for it in later years, which I did. School was not one for happy memories for me...

Don,t know the Dome,Greenhalgh was head when i was there.
Had a fight in happy harrys,got leathered with the strap,whilst still on the floor.

I remember Fisher,fancied himself as a bit of a hard case,the other PE teacher I remember was Pugh and also Colin Lee.
HAd Davis For Maths along with Ian Wallace who used to run the old boys team.Mr Manship for German,decent teacher.
Once the lads from the 2 Technical schools that merged left it went downhill rapidly.
