In my opinion Whitney Houston was quite simply THE greatest female singer of all time ...

she was beautiful , had the world at her feet , and was at the very top of her game once ..... at that time , for me , she had no equal.

What a shame , that from around the late nineties , her life appeared to fall into a gradual downward spiral of drugs , drink , and torment , that she sadly never appeared able to reverse .....

what a singer she was in her heyday .....
