Always less than you think for me. Zinchenko will park in place, handcuff himself to the training ground or whatever. We can even ask him to leave and he won't. And I don't think modern City are prepared to freeze someone out, put someone with the kids etc. We don't do that, so he won't go.
Realistically Fernandinho and maybe 2 of Mahrez, gundogan, sterling and Jesus because they've all got one year left. Bernardo is a possibility as well, as after this season I think its more likely someone will plump up the cash than last summer if he still wants out.
I would be surprised if its more than 3

Don’t even think it’ll be a left back. Couto and kabore will be assessed in preseason best fit wins.Way to many names being suggested.

We're not going to sell zinchenko. First and foremost he's a bloody excellent part of the squad that will cost more to replace, probably more in wages too and whoever we get in would likely cause more problems than zinchenko when it comes to getting game time. But that aside, we're not going to be moving on a guy who is currently dealing with the horrific issues in his home country, he's got a young family he's settled why would he want to deal with everything moving causes given what he has to deal with already?
Dinho will be off and mendy will be erased from history. With those 2 gone we can bring in Haaland, alvarez and a Rodri alternative to fill out the glaring holes in the squad. We then have an option of either bringing in a 4th fullback, I actually think we would be looking at a right back over a left back considering cancelo is now better on the left, zinchenko plays left and and we have decent options there in ake and even laporte, right back its walker cancelo or then we're forcing stones there which isn't a good fit. If we don't deem it neccesary to sign a fullback and I personally don't think we will then it leaves an opening to bring in an 8 instead, we're lacking a man in that position already with just 3 options unless foden is pushed back there and we need to be future proofing the position with Bernardo not entirely happy here and gundo and kdb wrong side of 30.
We might see a further sale if contract talks with any of sterling, jesus or mahrez doesn't go as we want but that's a toss of the coin right now, I'd say sterling is most likely to go if any but none need to go.
Overall 2 definite departures, with maybe another and 3 definite replacements and a strong chance of a 4th. Nowhere near as much activity as some are listing but still a very busy summer

Bernardo again being linked with a move - barca, psg ad juve chasing apparently. Would he look to move on or is he now fully happy here?
