Who can replace Leroy Sane?

Honestly haven't heard of Saka much except for this past week and checked videos of him.

Wow he looks really good, really does remind me of Alphonso Davies at Bayern and Sane (both left footed, we need a quick left footed winger/wingback). Winger turned wingback, can easily do both, strong work ethic tracking back. And he's English too I believe with 1 year left on his contract.

This is like a no-brainer to me, we should be doing alot to bring him in and we can have the Saka-Sterling wing partnership.

And sending Stones to Arsenal who are having CB issues would be a nice offering also.

Arsenal would be unstoppable with the Stones, Luiz and Xhaka core of their team.

I don't think he'd struggle at City. I just think him not being a rapid runner would mean he wouldn't quite plug the Sané hole.

If he was quicker you'd probably be looking at double the £30m valuation. Everton have already had two offers, not formal bids, rejected at £22m and £26m apparently.

True about the price. If he were faster he'd probably still be at United.

I'll say this on the guy, if City bought him for whatever reason I wouldn't complain.

I think he'd shock a few here if he did come here. He just needs a chance at a club who play attacking possession football, not the route one shit Burnley dish up which makes midfielders kind of pointless.

i agree. He’s a very good player and very technical aswell. Only 20 years old so would be a long term investment

I do like the looks of both Kai Havertz or Joao Felix.

The former has some amazing close technical skills & vision, although seems very reliant on his left foot. The latter has great football intelligence but seems more of a false 9 or striker, as opposed as a direct replacement for Sane.

Unfortunately, either of them would break our transfer record.

He's back. Needs to do 2 weeks quarantine then begin training on July 9th.
