Who is your favourite Premier league manager?

Di Matteo - plays football and defends well. Well-spoken, never hits out at referees, winning mentality and always seems to have a smile on his face. (Literally, I'm not sure if his face proportion does that or not...)

He's Italian. Like Ancelotti he by definition must be a negative coach

There's differences. Di Matteo spent the majority of his playing career outside of Italy and has only ever Managed MK Dongs and West Brom. I think he's a fantastic young Manager and, one day, I expect him to get his chance with a big Club.
