Who is your favourite Premier league manager?

Owen Coyle
Redknapp is an excellent manager but cant stand him as a person.

Depends. If theyre currently in the job then probably Mancini although he's frustrating the bollox out of me the past few matches.

After that it would be a toss up between Bruce (ignoring the rag connections for now), Coyle, Wenger. Purely for football reasons though. First two are doing really well with budgets that we spend on one or two players and have really good teams, and play decent football. Wenger is a football genius. Simple. Bit of a twat in his interviews but can't deny a genius when you see it.

If its someone who isnt in the game at the minute then its Martin O'Neil, but I'm biased.

Sir Alex Ferguson.

Such a great man has never before graced English football. Not only is he very successful, but also a man who has deep values for fairplay and sportsmanship, and leads by example. He has an active role in the Respect campaign for referee's, helping them at every oportunity, and never putting pressure on them before a game. Ferguson is always happy to talk to the BBC, personally phoning them on occassions for a chat, and is always gracious, in defeat or victory, when being interviewed on Match of the Day. Ferguson always instills sportsmanship into his players, and the likes of Rooney, Ronaldo, and Nani can testify to this, all describing him as a man who wants them to play in the right spirit, always to be honest, and to respect the referee's decisions. Due to this, Old Trafford, is a stadium known for fairplay, and honestly, with added time always accurate to a tee.

However, there are a band of football fans, mostly supporters of the "noisy neighbours", who try to paint the image of Ferguson, as a drunken, sour, obnoxious pisscan. These reports are false. *Actually, they are true.*

cheers chazza baby. i'm just waiting for someone to say "but he's won nowt for 5 years!".

true but its because of the tightened purse strings, once they've paid off the stadium he'll have more pull in the transfer market. BTW your welcome Kevykins ;)

i honestly think they're all in on it. the board, the fans, wenger. they play fantastic football, spend no money and make the champs league every year. arsene wenger is going to single handedly, pay for the emirates stadium.
