Given that we have had no midfield since the Rodri injury in September, I really thought we would have a player in that department lined up for January 01, signed and ready to go against West Ham. If we are to have any hope of top 4 we need to strengthen now, not at the end of the month.

Hopefully we can get Ederson this month. Even if we do, I would also sign Luiz on loan from Juventus if it's possible. The only drawback is if we sign 3 players, we can only register 2 players for the CL provided we qualify.
