Kolarov just wins it every week now.
It's obviously voted for by people who don't actually watch the game. Them being on twitter during the match confirms this.
As long as it's decided on twitter, Kolarov will just keep winning it, I think it's an in joke.
It does make me laugh, when you hear the ground laughing at the announcement though.
