If we'd allowed foreign residents to vote in the EU leave/remain poll, we would have had the desired (sensible) result and there wouldn't be such a good case for another referendum on Scottish independence.My advice to your government is to stop foreign residents from voting in the leave/remain polls, then and only then will you get the desired result.
Though, I feel if you did get the result you wanted you should take back all the Scottish politicians from the HOP and HOL.

I'm not sure about the latter part, Wee Nippy's life aim is to make them independent.If we'd allowed foreign residents to vote in the EU leave/remain poll, we would have had the desired (sensible) result and there wouldn't be such a good case for another referendum on Scottish independence.
