Not sure any of them really spoiled my day, especially not Hermann Goering 8 years before I was even born!

Thatcher died on my birthday, we beat utd at the swamp same day.

Not all of these have happened since I was born but the following have all happened on the date of my birthday:

King Louis XIV declared war on Spain
France beat England at the Battle of Formigny in the One Hundred Years’ War
Abraham Lincoln assassinated
Abraham Lincoln was also made president on this date and while he did a lot of good things he was quite abhorrent towards the First Nations/Native Americans

Lincoln became prez in November 1860, Titanic, Hillsborough and Lincoln assassination were all april, not sure of the date without googling, and to be honest, USA probably bombed Libya on every buggers birthday. I'm a bit vague with Spanish history (aren't we all?) so I googled that (I've been drinking and there's nothing on telly), that started July 1936
