Can be done via Berlin for those struggling. Liverpool to Berlin Sunday to Wednesday is £70. Train from Berlin to Prague is £75.

if you're under 25 it might be worth getting an interrail pass for £159 for 5 days.

Hotel is 5 minutes to the stadium.
Living in Vienna i'll be taking the train there and back, also only other problem is that I have got obviously 0 points to my name because I can not make any home games (used to be season ticket holder for 6 years til moved here) - any chance of someone getting a) a ticket for me or b) me actually getting a ticket myself?

This is the centre of Plzen. That cathedral looks a bit weird with nothing around it. You can see the stadium at the top of the picture. Nice short walk if I can beg borrow or steal some tickets

train to plzen from prague takes an hour or so and costs £5-£7.50 from what ive read up on. bus takes a similar amount of time but is a few quid cheaper. most of us wont have to worry about that anyway we will only get 600 ticket apparently. well up for this, brilliant city
