If it is unlikely that Mourinho will join us the we shouldn't chase him....

I think Rijkaard would do a good job but whether or not he would appreciate being considered as a second choice could have an impact on his decision. If we thought he was a serious option I think we should make a play for him now... let him know that regardless of anything Hughes is a gonner and we want him.

I understand he has some Inland Revenue issues in Italy and could not take a position until after 30th June in any case, that'd be a blow for us but one I think it'd be worth the club taking.

tbh once hughes has gone and someone with my talent has had a few weeks to instill abit of belief back into the team i think we'd be ok next season,in fact i think we'd twat any other team in the prem and win the title by a good few points.don't think we need to make that many signings apart from a big target man and a world class centre half

i'm going to recommend bringing back corradi, siberski and tiatto. i'm a huge fan of the long ball, i believe it a great way of keeping midfield players fresh as the dont have to do much running during a match.
