There is at least £70m-£80m there.

Happy with your list but your valuations are wildly optimistic

not really, i make the Balkans at close to 50m. Navas even at 29 is worth close to 10m. The rest should be worth 10 m at least, for eg we should get all our money back on Fernando

Only read the first page of this nonsense.

When did we decide Milner is shit?

Since

A - He started playing way below his usual standards since his Birthday, and

B - He isn't 'Shit' but cearly doesn't want to be here, hence why he will be leaving whether we like it or not.

Dzeko - £15-20m
Jovetic - £15-20m
Kolarov - £5-10m
Nastasic - £7.5m
Sinclair - £2.5m
Navas - £10-15m

Can see Navas staying, but he shouldn't be any more than a squad player for us.

Caballero - he hasn't played much so we'd probably be lucky to get £2m for him, but he's taking up a HG spot and in all honesty he's not great is he.

Fernando - everyone says give him time (apart from the guy who put Fernando about 8 times above), but why? He's clearly not good enough for us. He's an average midfield enforcer who doesn't enforce as well as NDJ did and doesn't bring much else. Would he get in Chelsea's or Barca's or Bayern's first teams? Probably still get around £6-8m if we sell in summer, possibly.

Sinclair - ship him out for good to Villa or back to Swansea or someone that level for about £2m. He's ok on his day but not going to make any impact with us.

Jovetic - shows glimpses but injured far too often so unreliable. No point having a striker who spends 75% of his time in the treatment room. Could still get about £10m for him from an Italian club or a sports injury research institute.

Boyata - not good enough, even as back up. Probably get £1-2m for him from someone like Palace.

I can't see the club letting that many squad players leave. There are definitely positions in which we need to strengthen but we also have to ensure we maintain a certain level of consistency so that we perform to a high standard.

Jovetic, Dzeko, Kolarov are three I would expect to see leave.

The club also have to make a call on youth players and the home grown quota. Do we allow Boyata to leave? Is Milner going? We will have already lost Lampard.

It's probably why someone like Ings is mentioned a lot. Free in the summer and ticks a box. He's unlikely to make a huge impact for us though, but has youth on his side. Big calls to be made.

Pogba is clearly a player we need to pull out the stops for. Long term Yaya replacement, home grown and top quality.

Looking at youth do Lopes and Pozo get promoted? What about Denayer? Rekik?

A lot of work to do this summer and if we can't keep the likes of Milner we have to keep Navas because he adds something we otherwise don't have. It would be a real shame to lose Milner, he works so hard and his versatility has helped us so much.

A genuine question really, I haven't been keeping an eye on transfers this window. Is Navas from that part of Spain? Could be a trip home to see family, might be looking for a move? Anyone know anything more?
Jesus is Spanish, his family are Spanish, we signed him from a Spanish club and he was having a day off work. Does anybody need any more clues?

Don't waste your time, mate
