No, for me a rock star is a star around the globe, and somebody people know even if they don’t know the band or the music.Liam isn’t that and neither were Oasis.

For a very short spell they were . But unlike Stones, Zepplin Beatles etc are now pretty much forgotten other than in the UK. Since Morning Glory really.

Not sure about that. Their Standung On The Shoulders Of Giants world tour and the Dig Out Your Soul world tour were bigger (more dates, bigger ticket sales when not including British gigs therefore taking out gigs like Knebworth) than their Morning Glory world tour.
