Ron Saunders December 1973 against Burnley, went with the school. We won 2-0 with goals from Bell and Doyle. The highlights were on Granada match the next day, but I'd never seen the goals since, until they were included on one of those highlight things they do on the big screens before the match

Can't say for certain what was my first game following City but an educated guess would be Birmingham City at home in 1973 (Law got 2). The manager was Johnny Hart (I've had to look this up)

Favourite manager apart from Bobby is Joe Royle for the good memories of following City between 98 and 2000.
