i don't think Haaland is anywhere near best footballer in the world. He is a fantastic athlete with a specialised skill set and he scores loads of goals. He needs others to provide for him though and I would say, even in our squad, Foden, Bernie, Kev, Gundo are better footballers. Rodri is on a par because he too has a specialised skillset.

Exactly...but we have more better footballers than that, Rodri is a better footballer, and Mahrez has the best first touch in the league (arguably any league) Haaland is simply an exceptional goal scorer ;)

Doesn’t really matter because he is the best in the world at what he does.

What does “better footballer” actually mean?

Every footballer is limited in certain areas to a degree, like defending is part of football, but no one criticises messi because he doesn’t defend. Every player has a specialised skill set to a degree.

kev couldn’t do what Haaland does and vice versa.

all you can be is the best in your position and what you’re expected to provide on the pitch and there’s nobody better than Haaland right now at that job

It's true but international is a pretty low standard. Don't think he was good against Argentina, gifted two penalties to keep the game "entertaining". His open play goal saw the worst piece of non defending by Molina and his shot was in the centre of the goal.
