Although Hart will go because of the amount of interest he is creating with Aston Villa, Tottenham and Arsenal due to him being an outstanding future no.1.
Schmeichel will stay because he never plays and no clubs want him, except from lower league clubs, and he is on too gooder contract to leave here. Which is good because he is a quality keeper
