Who will we sell

I think we might have pushed ourselves into a corner with Richards....teams know we already have a replacement and also know he is in the last year of his deal....I would be shocked if we got anywhere near the 7mil this report says we are asking...

Spurs are among the clubs interested in signing Micah Richards of Man City, claim the Mirror.

The tabloid says Liverpool and Newcastle are also interested in the 26-year-old, who has one year remaining on his current deal at Eastlands and has refused a new contract.

But all three clubs have reportedly baulked at City’s £7m asking price, leaving a loan deal his only option to depart this summer.
 
fuck off with loan deals. we need to stop this thing that we are not mugs if we are selling. i would prefer to run his contract down and leave for free next summer instead of a piss take loan deal.

I agree mate.....better to keep him and he goes for nothing next season than to send him out on loan....we'd look really stupid if we agreed to that....

we done that already with Barry. we send him out on loan during his last year contract.

if Micah do go out on loan, the new club will pay for his salary. better loan him out, rather than City pay his salary for doing nothing.
 
No problems with loaning players, if Richards goes to Spuds, he gets the chance to play, if he can recapture his form then against all our rivals he will assist us. He will be inelligible to play against us which is always good. In the last year of contract, long servant for the club, for me perfect alternative if no one is prepared to pay a fee.
 
With a loan the loaning club pays at least some of the wages.
If they play well they stay in the team against our rivals but can't play against us.
 
I think Garcia will be sold. Rodwell will be loaned unless he's part of a deal to purchase Barkley, which I think is a long shot this year. Guidetti and Sinclaire to be sold as well. Nasty probably to be loaned out. Think Richards will end up being loaned out after the club fail to get the fee they want. Milner is a tough one. I don't think he'll be at the club next year either way. Good player that has been very important but the club needs to upgrade on him to progress. Unless we can bring in Barkley we can't afford to let him go this year so he may end up leaving on a free.
