If England had a top Keeper I’d say them comfortably but Pickford is nowhere near that level.

Should be a good atmosphere. Germany seem to be recovering and 8 of its 9 neighbouring countries have qualified, so that should mean good representation in and around the venues. Add to that countries that will have large traveling support (e.g. England, Scotland) and countries with large 'migrant' populations in the country (e.g. Italy, Turkey, Albania), then it should be a good festival. Just hope that it passes peacefully. As for the football, much will depend on who draws who in the knock-out stages. When the better teams all end up on one side of the draw, it loses its appeal.

Don't know what's happened to the kind of teams like Hungary. They used to be a joy to watch, and the likes of Poland (although they are still troublesome for the Principality), Romania, and Bulgaria used to be difficult games. Perhaps the Poles, Hungarians, Romanians 'n Bulgarians have discovered they all have Croatian grandmothers.

They are a good team but so are Swiss and Germany. So it will be a battle for one of the four best 3rd placed teams. And this will be some task, imo you will need at least two, better three points out of three games to achieve that. That is if Germany will not implode again of course

Defensively/GK we are not good enough to win the tournament and Southgate is simply not good enough at the top end to win this tournament.
