Whats council tax got to do with, the OP wants to know what taxi firm you use. Was it Richard Ashcroft who said the drugs don't work ? he was wrong.

He also asked which council you pay your taxi? so either council was a misprint or taxi.
 
Cardiff City.
Most of the people i know who go to games follow Cardiff.
The vast majority of people down here who don't go to games follow Liverpool, with United a distant 2nd
 
I now live in Stockport but was born in Openshaw, so think the question might be better as "going off where you were born.. "

Manchester council tax and manchester taxis

I am ro ughly 25 mins walk away from City and 25 mins walk away from Abbey Hey fc.

8 mins drive from both too so I could say either.
