I have actually done that. From around 1986 to 1992 I watched very little football, the only games I remember watching were England in Italia 90 and going to see Stafford Rangers with some mates. Went to work at a company in Stockport between 92 and 94 and they were all rags (plus one County fan) except for one guy who was a blue. He was getting so much stick, even the County fan was giving it, that I started taking an interest again.
