Who's More Important ?

Exactly. It's futile and laughable to even speculate about or compare their importance.

We have one top class central defender and five top quality centre-forwards

I don't think it is. Obviously, they're both world class players. But it's still possible, even relevant, to ask who we are better capable of coping without.
FWIW, I'd say Aguero is (marginally) harder to replace. As good as Negredo and Dzeko are (or can be), the fact that neither poses any real threat in behind defenders would make us a hell of a lot easier to play against - more like we were last season when Tevez and Dzeko played together. Not only is Aguero world class, the threat of his pace and his movement creates a lot of space for Silva and Nasri to play in. Replacing Kompany is also nigh on impossible, but I think that, given time to settle, Demichelis and Nastasic can be a solid enough partnership.
