I heard yesterday from a decent source who has connections within the club that a deal for Torres coming in Jan was 90% done, I would have started a thread but don't want to be slagged off. Don't shoot the messenger as I'm just relaying info that I have heard, obviously after what has gone on in the last 12 months regarding "nailed on" transfers I'm a little sceptical but there you go.

I have a weird feeling its going to be sergio aguero from what i heard we developed a connection with atletico madrid just before this happens i think the wheels where turning awhile ago regarding tevez! I love his workrate and would miss him if he leaves but we can force him to stay he will lose his hungry and determination which in my opinion is the best part of his game!

As for replacements, the only player being replaced is Adebayor with Didier Drogba. One last big pay day for him. He will stay for 2 years and then move to Marseille to finish his career with them.
