Why do I fart so much?

I let one go at city one afternoon after 8 pints and a spicy garlicky pizza that previous night. I knew it was going to be fierce but I thought, we're outside, there's a breeze, it'll be alright.

As from today I'm cutting bread out to see if that has an effect.

I've just read that the average person farts between 10 and 40 times a day. Well it's 7.48am and I've done 5 so I'm on target to be in the top of that average.

My farting doesn't bother me but it's starting to piss my mrs off, I sound like I'm ripping floorboards up and smell like rotten eggs.

You just need to condition her to your stink.

At least once a day when your in bed, after you drop one. You need to pull the quilt up over her head and trap her in with the smell. Once she gets used to that you dropping one in an open room will be like water of a ducks back and she will stop moaning.

The way you eat and drink can play a huge part so it's not only diet that can be the cause mate.

whenever you eat and drink, a small amount of air goes down with it, if you guzzle and scoff, then the air intake is much worse, you can alleviate some of it with burping, but there's still plenty of air there which will come out the other way, so first of all, look at how you eat and try and adjust from there.
