Why does the club allow poor journalism? Is this the worst article ever?

Shock horror Liverpool-supporter pens article for the Independent which gets published yesterday. What does it mention?
1. State ownership. Tick
2. Money. Tick
3. Sports-washing. Tick
4. City ruining football. Tick

This fucker (Tony Evans) has been paid to write this shit. It’s about time the club brought these arseholes to task over their lies and continuing digs. What a bellend this fella is.

Give this man some antidepressant pills. I'm sure if his favorite team was on the same place the article would be about excellent coaching, excellent team on the whole, a well working machine, etc....
Now he has to cry about money.

<<Guardiola has the best squad in the history of the sport. There have been superior teams – not many – but such strength in depth has never been surpassed.>>
He is actually very wrong. For sure City's squad is excellent and deep BUT the players with some exceptions were not top world class like Madrid or Barcelona for one example had in the past multiple times.
Let's not forget the "Galacticos" of Real Madrid with Figo, Zidane, Ronaldo(the Brazilian), Raul, Beckham, Owen, Casillas, Sergio Ramos, Roberto Carlos and then Robinho too after Beckham and Ronaldo had left.
Then we had Real M. with Kaka, Benzema, Ronaldo(Christiano), Xabi Alonso, Di Maria, Modric, Kroos, Bale Casillas, Ramos, Higuain.
Also Real M. from 2014-15 -24 wins in a row season- had Casillas, Ramos, Ronaldo, Kroos, Benzema, Bale, Marcelo, Modric.
Barcelona of 2007-08 had Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Puyol, Eto, Ronaldinho, Henry, Deco, Yaya Toure. And also previous or next Barcelona's had more of the same top calibre players.

I mean come on.

Barcelona had the "excuse" that many of these players, had build them from their academy La Masia but still had bought many top world class players.
City on the other hand has world class players for sure, but the vast majority of them are not what i call top world class. E.g Ronaldo, Messi, prime Kross, Modric, Zidane, Figo, Marcelo, Ronaldo(Barazilian), Xavi, Iniesta, etc were top world class while City currently has Aguero, KDB and maybe Bernardo Silva as top world class with Aguero though to currently be light years away from his normal self.
Players like Sterling, Jesus, Rodri, Dias, Stones, Foden, Cancelo etc are evolving to go to world class and may become(Dias and Foden for example) top players, but they are not currently. Players as Fernandinho, Gundogun, Mahrez are top shelf for sure but just not "there" in that top of the world calibre.
But they are a team!

This is what others cannot realise(or being hypocrites and want to give money as an excuse to their teams not being able to reach City) that this is a team, and the successs comes from very good players working as an incredible team!

I’ve not read this article. But we have definitely become too sensitive and easily offended as a set of fans. We used to have the thickest skin in football, now we get upset by some ridiculously small things.

We/City have every right to be offended! If it was a one off article, or the odd article every now and again, you'd have a point, but it's not, it's a continual, funded, and a well orchestrated campaign of attacks on City by rival clubs through the sports and social media, via selected, sympathetic, and paid (shill) journalists.

Question. Has Tony Evans ever wrote an article asking why Liverpool Football Club renewed a 4 year, £160mill, shirt sponsorship deal with Standard Chartered, even though FSG and Liverpool must have known Standard Chartered were involved in money laundering and other serious criminal offences. See link.(1 of many articles)

Standard Chartered Bank's Long History Of Financial Crime

Imagine if Standard Chartered sponsored City's shirt. Tony Evans would have a field day. You'd never hear the last of it from him.

Meanwhile Sam Wallace in the Telegraph goes in hard on United. His big buddy Neil Ashton won't be pleased.
Behind a paywall but for those who know how it should be accessible:

"There is certainly no shortage of ideas when it comes to taming the game’s billionaire arrivistes, or reworking the domestic and European game to the advantage of United and fellow storied franchises. But tick tock goes the clock. Almost eight years since Ferguson departed and no closer to a title. Season by season City are building an empire, one which United are quite capable of fighting on their resources. They just do not know how."

I wonder if he has been drinking on the job & no longer writes for “the National” only 2 weeks ago he was able to write about the Dippers for a UAE paper without the need to mention;

City
Sports washing
State owned
Heysel - some things never change ;)

Hypocrisy and money have always gone hand in hand
