Petes not a world famous rock star, or considered one of the greatest song writers of his generation. People won't buy his kit simply by having his name attached to it. I doubt Pete was even considered by the marketing team that came up with the idea. But you never know. There was always the risk Pete would probably have put a million holes in an old denim jacket and wanted the players in that. I do agree Petes would have been better.
